Organic Note is a web app for letters and notes, operated by S.O.T.A. These terms apply when you use the service.
Use and accounts
You can draft in this browser before signing in. An account is required to send and receive letters. Keep your account details accurate and do not access another person's account without permission.
Letters and safe use
Addressed letters reach registered recipients; Bottle Mail may reach someone you do not know. Check what you send. Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, harass or impersonate people, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Do not include personal details you would not want a recipient to see.
Monthly supporter plan
Stripe handles payment and subscription management for new monthly plans. They renew automatically; review the final amount, currency, tax, and terms at checkout. Cancel through billing management. Deleting your account ends app access even if a paid period remains. Contact us about billing or refunds.
Storage and service changes
Drafts stay in this browser and do not sync to other devices automatically. Export important work for safekeeping. Features or sending limits may change, and maintenance or faults may interrupt the service. We will announce significant changes in the app when practical.
Account deletion
Delete your account in Settings after a recent sign-in and entering your account email. Cancel any automatically renewing Stripe or earlier Polar subscription first. Deletion irreversibly removes your account and associated data in the active Turso database, including sent and received letters. You can choose to erase this account's drafts in this browser. Copies on other devices, exported copies, and Stripe and earlier Polar billing records are not removed by this action.
If you subscribed through an earlier Polar checkout, manage payment and cancellation in Polar's portal.
